Talent One Recruitment & Staffing is currently seeking ​an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team! You will be responsible for performing various accounting tasks to support office operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with posting sales invoices.
• Assist with emailing/mailing sales invoices.
• Assist with pulling all Accounts Receivables back-up paperwork for sales invoices.
• Match all purchase order paperwork/packing slips to vendor invoices.
• Enter all invoices for payment.
• Maintain all paid and unpaid A/P invoices.
• All filing should be completed by the end of each week.
• Maintain A/P email and respond to all vendor requests.
• Verify all vendor statements.
• Serve as a back-up in processing weekly A/P.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields.
• Fundamental knowledge of GAAP.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Deadline and detail-oriented.
• Strong organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize.
• Work effectively.
• Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy in data entry, document preparation, and file management.
• Excellent communication skills: Clear and professional verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in office software: Competent use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, xcel, Outlook)
• Customer service orientation: Ability to provide friendly and helpful assistance.
