Job Type: Part-Time/20-25 hours per week

Rate: $19-$20/hour

Location: Fort Collins, CO

Reports To: Executive Assistant/Project Manager

Ardalyst is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic student or recent graduate to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of Cybersecurity and Digital Transformation while supporting the daily operations of a growing startup. You’ll be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, tracking expenses, and assisting with internal projects and office tasks. It’s a chance to build valuable professional skills, work closely with leadership, and explore the inner workings of a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Maintain organization of files, records, electronic documents, expenses and the physical office space.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, such as booking flights, transportation, hotels and event planning.
  • Will work closely with Executive Assistant on supporting special projects and strategic initiatives as needed, including AI automation, customer scheduling and company-wide time entry processes.
  • Develop and manage training for new employees
  • Write and document company policies across departments
  • Conduct research on various topics as assigned. Including but not limited to Microsoft usage, CMMC guidelines and how to maximize internal processes.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written, oral and timely.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail oriented with the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Ability to learn quickly, take initiative and have mindset of automating processes.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, reliability and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a college degree program, pursuing an equivalent qualification or graduate of related programs.
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office suite such as Word, Excel, CoPilot and Planner.
  • Experience in organizational management or related fields.

Physical Requirements:
