Job Type: Permanent

Compensation Range: $95,000 - 125,000 per year


We are seeking an experienced and Visionary Marketing Art Director . Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role is the visual lead for all brand campaigns. The Art Director will be responsible for defining and executing a high-end visual strategy across digital (social, e-commerce) and print channels to showcase the craftsmanship and lifestyle appeal of the products, ultimately driving engagement and conversions among affluent homeowners nationwide. This is a full-time, in-office position located in the Noblesville/Indianapolis area.



Responsibilities:

  • Visual Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement high-impact, luxury-focused visual campaigns that align with the brand's premium identity and highlight product innovation (e.g., smart features, elegance).
  • Creative Asset Production: Design and oversee the creation of assets for all marketing channels, including Instagram, Pinterest, website, email, luxury brochures, and trade show displays.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide 1-2 graphic designers and coordinate projects with freelance photographers and videographers to ensure a cohesive, high-quality aesthetic.
  • Brand Consistency: Act as the guardian of the brand's visual identity, ensuring all creative outputs-from typography to color palettes-reflect the desired premium positioning.
  • Consumer Engagement: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create targeted visuals based on customer insights to enhance conversion rates, particularly on the e-commerce platform.
  • Project Management: Manage creative project timelines, budgets, and quality control from concept through final delivery for product launches and seasonal campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in an Art Direction or Creative role.
  • DTC Marketing Focus: A minimum of 2+ years of experience specifically in direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing, ideally for luxury, home improvement, or outdoor living brands.
  • Software Expertise: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Proficiency in Figma or Canva is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Portfolio Requirement: Must provide a strong portfolio showcasing 3-5 luxury or lifestyle-focused projects (e.g., high-end product campaigns, social media visuals, e-commerce assets).
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the proven ability to thrive in a collaborative, in-office team environment.
  • Bonus Skills: Experience with product photography, video editing (e.g., Premiere Pro), and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) is a strong plus.
