Senior M&A / Private Equity Associate | LA/Century City
An AmLaw 100 client is actively recruiting a senior associate (5+ years) for its M&A and Private Equity practice in LA/Century City. This is a rare opportunity to join a top-tier team regularly advising on multibillion-dollar transactions for leading private equity sponsors and strategic buyers.
About the Role
You'll work alongside some of the most respected deal lawyers in the industry, advising on complex domestic and cross-border mergers, leveraged buyouts, carve-outs, and growth equity transactions. The team is known for handling high-profile matters across technology, healthcare, energy, and financial services.
Who We're Looking For
5+ years of experience at a top law firm in M&A and/or private equity
Strong drafting, negotiation, and client management skills
Experience leading workstreams and mentoring juniors is a plus
California bar admission preferred but not required
