Real Impact, Real Deals: You won’t just be paper-pushing. You’ll be advising on major fund formation deals and working directly with top-tier sponsors and institutional clients.
High-Level Exposure Early On: Get hands-on experience with private placements under the '33 Act, unregistered funds under the Investment Company Act, and regulatory work under the Advisers Act.

You’ve got 2–4 years of experience with private investment funds (ideally with a real estate twist).
You know your way around the ’33 Act, Advisers Act, and Investment Company Act—or you’re ready to learn fast.
You’ve got top academic credentials and strong writing skills, and you’re barred in New York, Massachusetts, or DC
