Billing Clerk – Growing Law Firm
Our expanding law firm is seeking an experienced Billing Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and able to manage a high volume of billing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and process client invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Handle electronic billing (eBilling) submissions and resolve rejections or compliance issues
Work directly with attorneys, paralegals, and clients to clarify billing matters
Maintain billing records, reports, and adjustments
Ensure compliance with client billing guidelines and firm policies
Requirements:
Experience with Juris billing software (required)
eBilling experience with major legal billing platforms (required)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Prior law firm billing experience strongly preferred
