Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of business needs and processes.
• Gather and document detailed business and technical requirements.
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to clarify objectives and align on deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are well-understood and implemented.
• Support project planning, risk identification, and status reporting.
• Assist in process mapping and solution recommendations.
• Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst.

Working Schedule and Travel:

Primarily Onsite for initial 1 – 2 months & then moved to Remote for rest of project length.

Approximately 4 months (Part-Time to Full-Time, then tapering off)

Engagement Timeline:

• Weeks 1–2: Part-Time (approximately 20 hours/week)
• Months 2–3: Full-Time (approximately 40 hours/week)
• Month 4: Tapering off (15–20 hours/week, depending on project needs)

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
