Job Description

As our Business Development Analyst, you’ll lead key initiatives to drive new client acquisition, build strategic partnerships, and uncover high-impact growth opportunities. You’ll work closely with our leadership and marketing teams to shape market entry strategies, expand our footprint in the wellness space, and directly contribute to revenue acceleration. This role is ideal for someone with a background in business development or partnerships at a high-growth startup who’s excited to own and scale BD initiatives from the ground up.

The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and execute on new business opportunities, including outbound client acquisition and strategic partnerships
  • Lead outreach, negotiations, and relationship management with media, affiliate, and B2B partners
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads and partnership opportunities
  • Conduct market research to inform go-to-market strategy and uncover new verticals or channels
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor our messaging and offerings for target segments
  • Track and report on sales and partnership metrics, including conversion rates, CAC, and ROI
  • Test and refine BD strategies based on performance and partner feedback

Ideal Profile

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or growth — ideally in SaaS or tech
  • Proven experience driving client acquisition or partnership deals end-to-end
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for pitching value clearly
  • Comfortable working in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and tracking pipeline metrics
  • Highly self-directed and motivated with a bias for action
  • Bonus: Familiarity with scheduling tools, appointment-based businesses, or website builders
