Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). Vital Signs Monitoring: Regularly monitor and document vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and oxygen saturation, promptly reporting any abnormalities to nursing staff. Mobility Assistance: Support patients with mobility challenges by assisting with transfers and positioning to prevent pressure ulcers and promote comfort. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including documented care provided, changes in condition, and any incidents. Companionship: Provide emotional support and engage in meaningful interactions with residents to enhance their quality of life. Safety: Create a safe environment for patients by identifying and addressing potential hazards and responding promptly to emergencies. Communication: Communicate effectively with the healthcare team, patients, and their families, providing updates on patient progress and reporting any concerns. Hygiene & Sanitation: Ensure a clean and hygienic environment for patients, including assistance with toileting, changing linens, and keeping patient areas organized. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
