What You’ll Do:
Design, develop, and deploy scalable cloud-native applications and services.
Conduct software research, development, and engineering in dynamic mission environments.
Analyze system requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
Support the full software development lifecycle—from concept through integration, testing, and sustainment.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, ensuring high availability and performance in cloud environments.
Enhance and evolve mission systems by integrating new capabilities and technologies.

Minimum Requirements:
4+ years developing in high-level languages such as Java, C, or C++ .
3+ years in software integration and unit testing , including test plan and script development.
3+ years developing software on UNIX/Linux (Red Hat 3–5).
Bachelor’s in Computer Science or a related technical field (e.g., Math, Information Systems, Engineering) is required
A Master’s degree may substitute for 2 years of experience.
AWS Solutions Architect – Associate
AWS Developer – Associate
AWS DevOps Engineer – Professional
Strong expertise in AWS SDKs, APIs , and cloud architecture design.
Experience with the AWS Well-Architected Framework and serverless deployments.
Hands-on with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like CloudFormation or Terraform .
Skilled in CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
Proficient with GitLab for version control.
Familiarity with AWS Cost Management tools like Pricing Calculator and Cost Explorer .
Experience using CloudWatch , CloudTrail , and other AWS monitoring services.

Target Salary Range: $176,000 - $282,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
