JOB POSITION: COMMERCIAL BUILDING REPAIR TECHNICIAN WE REPAIR COMMERICAL BUILIDINGS: FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE, PAID HOLIDAYS, NIGHT/OT PAY, WEEKLY PAYCHECKS, COMPANY VEHICLES FOR LEAD TECHINICANS.
JOB ROLE/SUMMARY: Seeking a skilled person with experience in ANY of the following trades: Concrete work, carpentry, metal stud framing, drywall, painting, FRP panels, commercial doors and hardware, acoustical ceilings, flooring installation, cabinetry, etc. Travel not required, live local work local.
- MUST BE ABLE TO PASS DRUG TEST
- MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE WITH CLEAN DRIVING RECORD
- MUST HAVE GED; HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA, COLLEGE DEGREE NOT NECCESARY
- BASIC TECHNOLOGICAL SKILLS (able to operate tablet / laptop or smart phone)
- COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS
- SELF MOTIVATED, CAN WORK BY THEMSELVES OR BE A TEAM PLAYER
- PHYSICALLY FIT / ABLE TO LIFT UP TO 50LBS
BENEFITS: - 7 PAID HOLIDAYS ( probationary period of 90 days before any benefits will take effect)
- PAY $17-$27/ HR (based on experience)
