As a Community Outreach Assistant, you’ll support local events, represent our brand publicly, and help build meaningful, lasting connections with communities we serve.
Assist with the planning, organization, and execution of community events, outreach campaigns, and local partnerships
Serve as a brand ambassador at public events by engaging attendees, answering questions, and promoting initiatives
Collaborate with internal teams to identify new opportunities for community engagement and partnership growth
Manage on-site event logistics , including setup, customer engagement, and teardown
Track and report on event performance, community feedback, and engagement outcomes
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and support post-event analysis
Consistently represent the company’s mission and brand voice during all public interactions
Outgoing and enthusiastic with a strong passion for community engagement
Excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Collaborative team player with problem-solving skills
Comfortable engaging diverse audiences in various settings
