Wurzak Hotel Group is seeking a Complex Chief Engineer to oversee two premier properties — the Sheraton and Element Valley Forge. What You’ll Be Doing: * Leading and executing all maintenance operations across both hotels — including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety systems * Managing and mentoring an engineering team while promoting a strong safety-first, service-focused culture * Conducting regular preventative maintenance and inspections to ensure brand standards and compliance with all codes and regulations * Quickly and professionally responding to service requests, emergencies, and guest concerns * Reviewing, approving, and managing parts, tools, and purchase orders to stay ahead of maintenance needs * Collaborating with hotel leadership to plan and prioritize long-term facility upgrades and capital improvements * Maintaining detailed logs and documentation of maintenance activity * Ensuring a spotless and efficient operation that guests don’t even notice — because everything just works ‍‍ Who We’re Looking For: * High school diploma or GED required; formal training in building maintenance or trades preferred * Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in hotel or commercial facility maintenance * Hospitality experience is a must — you understand how your work supports the guest experience * Proven leadership experience in team management or departmental oversight * Familiarity with HVAC systems, electrical controls, plumbing, and preventative maintenance programs * HVAC and EPA Recovery Certifications are a big plus * Someone flexible, solutions-oriented, and calm under pressure — this is a 24/7 operation What You’ll Get: * Competitive Salary * Paid Time Off * Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance * Supplemental Insurance (Life, AD&D, Pet, Legal & more) * 401(k) with generous company match * Wellness Programs for your physical, financial, and mental health * Hotel & Travel Discounts * Career Development & Training Opportunities * A leadership role at two leading hotels in a thriving hospitality group About Wurzak Hotel Group (WHG) Wurzak Hotel Group is a Philadelphia-based leader in hospitality development and operations with over 30 years of success.
