Who We're Looking For:

• Experience: Previous concrete experience is a plus, but we will provide on-the-job training for the right candidate with a CDL. Previous experience in crane operation, equipment delivery, construction, or mechanics is helpful.
• License Requirements: Must have a valid Class A or B CDL with a clean driving record and be able to drive a manual transmission.
• Flexibility: Willing to work a variable schedule, including day-to-day flexibility with start times and changing job sites.
• Results-driven: Possesses a "whatever-it-takes” attitude and pushes through challenges
• Mechanically Inclined: Strong mechanical aptitude; experience with concrete pumps or equipment is a plus.
• Independent & Reliable: Able to self-manage on job sites, make sound decisions, and stay focused—even when the job gets tough.
• Problem-solver with Common Sense: Quick thinker who uses logic, not excuses, to do the job safely and efficiently.
• Safety-conscious: Prioritizes safety in all tasks and is aware of surroundings, equipment, and conditions.
• Active: Must lift to 100 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, or snow).

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate & drive a concrete pump truck to job sites across multiple states (PA, NJ, NY, DE, MD, VA).
• Enjoy on-the-job training to learn pump operation, equipment maintenance, and safe job site setup procedures
• Set up & break down the concrete pumping system, including transferring and connecting hoses and pipes.
• Access elevated areas to install, adjust, and remove hoses and clamps.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and basic maintenance on truck and pump systems.
• Identify & report mechanical issues; perform light repairs as trained.
• Clean the pump and equipment on-site after each use
• Maintain accurate logbooks, permits, receipts, and expense records.
• Work long hours as needed (typically 45–65 hours/week, M–F, with occasional Saturdays).
• Refuel, refill water, & maintain the cleanliness of the truck daily.

What We Offer Our Concrete Pump Truck Driver:

• $28-$34/hour, depending on experience
• Port-to-port pay
• Pay differential for early start times (before 3 AM)
