**Description:** Sikorsky a Lockheed Martin Company is seeking a full\-time Early Career Software Operations Systems Engineer for the Software Configuration Management \(SCM\) Team Member\. We are seeking an entry level candidate interested in the discipline of Software Configuration Management \(SCM\)\. The individual would utilize the 3DX application to perform SCM document management\. Tasks would include assistance in activities with assigning document numbers, document revisions, document releases, and tracking software versions made to the source code of programs and software releases\. Supports and is an advocate for on\-going process improvements and knowledge transfer across SCM platforms\. Monitors, troubleshoots, and resolves external and internal SCM project support issues and requests in a timely manner\. Perform Configuration Status Accounting on software that have change from prior released baselines to the new proposed release\. The selected candidate will work closely with the document and software authors, aiding as needed to support current and anticipated projects; ensuring that work is in alignment with the contract and Lockheed Martin Processes and Procedures\. **Basic Qualifications:** \- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education \- Basic knowledge of file version control \- Knowledge of lifecycle management systems \- Proficient in Adobe Acrobat and MS Office Tools including, but not limited to Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint \- Understanding how to use tools for managing and organizing data \-Ability to work onsite in CT occasionally, to meet business requirements \-Must be a US\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\. **Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\.
