We are currently seeking a **Contract Manager** for our Miami Signature Bridge project, in Miami, FL.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Assist with underwriting risk with respect to projects we are pursuing, providing risk management solutions, and drafting and negotiating various contracts including partnership agreements, design agreements and owner construction contracts.
+ Our new contract manager will learn quickly with hands-on experience and independent responsibility.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Bachelor's Degree and Juris Doctor Degree required
+ 1-3 years of related experience
+ Ability to negotiate legal and commercial issues arising from contracts
+ Transactional experience or construction/surety law experience is preferred, but not necessary
+ Problem solving skills together with the confidence to take the initiative on projects
+ Strong communication skills and attention-to-detail are essential
