Job Title: Controller
Location: TULSA, Oklahoma

Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $115000 - $160000 annually
Contractor Work Model: Onsite

System One is in search of an experienced Controller with a background in the manufacturing industry. This position will be responsible for leading all accounting functions at the facility including, but not limited to, financial reporting, month end close, process improvement, and establishing policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting functions such as financial reporting, billings, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Review monthly, quarterly, and annual reports generated by other accounting personnel for accuracy
• Pioneer ideas for ways to improve processes and strategies to maximize profit
• Monitor and track the company's performance to projections and provide guidance towards appropriate next steps
• Evaluate current projects on their cost effectiveness
• Train and develop accounting personnel by providing feedback on work and leading by example professionally
• Lead team in establishing policies and procedures for accurate inventory counts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• CPA, CMA, or Master's degree preferred but not required
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Supervisory experience with strong communication skills

Compensation

• $115-160K annual salary, depending on experience
