Job Responsibilities:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with minimum 10+years of relevant experience.
Must be Looking for Lead Platform Support Specialist with 6-8+ years of Platform support Experience (Cribl admin)
You should Install, configure, and maintain Cribl platforms across development, test, and production environments.
Must Monitor platform health and performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive fixes for high availability.
You should Manage security and access controls, including integration with LDAP/SSO and certificate management.
Good Experience to Perform upgrades, patches, and configuration changes following change management processes.
You should Automate operational tasks using scripting (Python, Shell) and configuration management tools.
Must Collaborate with data engineering, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure smooth deployments and compliance.
You should Maintain detailed documentation and provide L2/L3 support, including on-call rotations for critical issues.
