Job Responsibilities:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with minimum 10+years of relevant experience.
• Must be Looking for Lead Platform Support Specialist with 6-8+ years of Platform support Experience (Cribl admin)
• You should Install, configure, and maintain Cribl platforms across development, test, and production environments.
• Must Monitor platform health and performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive fixes for high availability.
• You should Manage security and access controls, including integration with LDAP/SSO and certificate management.
• Good Experience to Perform upgrades, patches, and configuration changes following change management processes.
• You should Automate operational tasks using scripting (Python, Shell) and configuration management tools.
• Must Collaborate with data engineering, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure smooth deployments and compliance.
• You should Maintain detailed documentation and provide L2/L3 support, including on-call rotations for critical issues.
