We are looking to fill a long-term Contract role as CRM Business Analyst
Mode of Interview: Webcam
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Work Location: Columbia, SC
Shift: EST
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM configuration, implementation, and optimization
- 7+ years of experience with Sales Processes workflows, pipeline management, and process optimization
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst gathering requirements, documenting processes, working with cross-functional teams
Preferred:
- CRM certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Consultant, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant)
- Experience developing training materials and SOPs for CRM adoption
- Experience with Salesforce CRM
