SCOPE OF POSITION : Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center is seeking a creative and strategic Digital Content Strategist to join our Marketing & Communications team. This role is responsible for developing and executing digital content strategies that elevate the brand, promote service lines, and amplify the voice of our physicians. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller with a passion for social media, video production, and digital marketing. This position will play a key role in driving engagement, supporting paid media initiatives, and expanding our digital presence.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism or related field.
• Minimum of two years' experience in digital communications or related field preferred. Proven experience managing social media platforms and creating content. Strong podcast, video production and editing skills, with experience using editing tools and software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve). Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with social media analytics tools and trends (e.g., Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
