Entry Level Air Import Agent
Location Dallas-Fort Worth, TX | Onsite

Compensation & Schedule
• $20–24/hour
• Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
• Temp-to-Hire (W2)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Track international flights and schedule cargo pickups for local delivery
• Support customs clearance with proper documentation and compliance steps
• Maintain shipment records and update tracking statuses in internal systems
• Communicate with customers, freight carriers, and internal teams to resolve delays
• Assist with invoice processing and ensure billing accuracy

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and task ownership
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Comfortable working on tight deadlines
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Freight and logistics tracking tools (training provided)
• Internal messaging and email platforms

PREFERRED SKILLS
• 1–2 years in logistics, import operations, or customer service
• Flexible and composed under shifting priorities
• Willingness to work occasional weekends if needed
