Job Description

A renowned Pediatric organization located in Clifton and Paterson, NJ is looking to immediate hire several Family Nurse Practitioners with valid New Jersey license and proficiency in the Spanish language. Responsibilities:

• Check up and prescribe treatment plans for children from new-born to 21 years old.
• Articulate the diagnosis and treatment to parents.
• Assign duties to supporting staff, providing appropriate feedback and assessment of care delivered to ensure that patients' safety is maintained,
• Ensure therapeutic environment is maintained and infection control procedures are followed,
• Carryout complete or periodic health evaluations of clinic specific diagnoses, including medical, cognitive, and psychosocial status, as well as personal assets and shortcomings to learning,
• Perform repeated assessment of patients' reaction to teaching, discharge plan, and care provided, and
• Create effective systems and procedures to enhance the pediatric clinic's operations.

Job Qualifications:

• Active New Jersey Medical License,
• Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner,
• Spanish proficiency is required,
• A minimum of 2 years of pediatrics experience,
• Comfort and experience treating pediatric patients,
• Clean medical malpractice records,
• High organizational skills,
• Effective and compassionate communication skills,
• Willingness to mentor supporting staff,
• Highly professional appearance and attitude,
• Able to multi-task effectively and work independently in a fast-paced environment; and
• High-energy with a positive attitude who is passionate about patient care.

Job Types:

Full-time with some half-Saturdays

Facility Type:

Pediatrics

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
• Saturday, 9am-1pm
