Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Graphic Designer with a strong focus on packaging design to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, meticulous, and experienced in designing labels and boxes for supplements or health-related products. This role will primarily focus on following Triquetra Health’s packaging systems while also supporting broader design needs for digital and marketing initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities

● Packaging & Label Design

• Update and refine box and label artwork for supplement products, ensuring accuracy in ingredient information, and compliance details.
• Prepare and manage print-ready dielines, mockups, and production files.
• Ensure all packaging adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistency across product lines.

● Collaboration & Quality Control

• Work cross-functionally with the marketing, operations, and compliance teams to ensure packaging content is both visually appealing and compliant with labelling regulations.
• Review proofs and packaging samples for accuracy, alignment, and overall quality before print or upload.
• Maintain organized archives of design files for future reference and revisions.

● Ad Hoc Tasks

• Design optimized main and lifestyle images for platforms such as TikTok Shop, our website, and Amazon.
• Develop graphics and layouts for websites and marketing collateral.
• Create A+ Premium Content for Amazon and assist with enhanced brand content development.
• Edit and refine existing designs and static content to improve visual appeal and overall effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio of packaging design work (preferably for supplements, beauty, or wellness brands).
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign (knowledge of packaging dielines and print production required).
• Extreme attention to detail—particularly in typography, alignment, and compliance labelling.
• Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to maintain visual consistency across packaging and marketing materials, as well adhere strictly to design instructions.
• Experience creating optimized images for Amazon and TikTok Shop is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively in a remote team environment.
• Must be comfortable using a time-tracking tool and working within Eastern Standard Time hours.
