Lakeshore Sport & Fitness is seeking a General Manager of Children’s Programming to lead and inspire our dynamic program offerings, including camps, after-school programs, aquatics, birthday parties, family calendar events, and seasonal carnivals. This is a fast-paced, hands-on, and creative role perfect for a high-energy leader who loves designing unforgettable experiences that engage kids and families while driving member satisfaction and revenue growth. Managing the other leaders in the department to help meet enrollment goals, hire great front line team members, and find solutions to make programs even better. This role requires evening and weekend (Sat or Sun) availability. The ideal candidate thrives in a lively, collaborative environment, communicates effectively across departments, and brings strong organizational skills, operational excellence, and a sense of fun to everything they do. We’re looking for someone who is adaptable, solution-oriented, and excited to create a vibrant community for our youngest members — with flexibility to work one weekend day.
