Role Overview:
The Grant Manager will serve as the primary project manager for compliance of all grants administered by the Indiana Office of Energy Development. The Grant Manager will provide oversight and lead reporting on federal compliance matters. This will include researching and developing internal compliance procedures, interpreting and applying federal regulations such as 2 CFR 200 (Uniform Guidance), performing subrecipient monitoring reviews, supporting financial audits, and ensuring the adherence to grant terms and conditions. The compliance project manager will be responsible for streamlining compliance processes and developing internal controls that ensure accountability and program success across the grants. The incumbent will be expected to understand the grant programs to support staff but will serve as the agency subject matter expert on the special terms and conditions of awards. Incumbent also serves as a technical compliance resource within the office.
Salary Statement :
The salary for this position traditionally starts at $47,320.00 but may be commensurate with education or work experience.
