A confidential healthcare organization is seeking a driven Healthcare Recruiter to help identify, hire, and retain top clinical talent. This role focuses on building strong candidate pipelines, managing full-cycle recruiting, and ensuring high-quality hires who support exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate is mission-driven, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered environment.
Recruit, screen, and hire qualified healthcare professionals across assigned territories
Build and maintain a high-volume candidate pipeline under tight timelines
Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, and outbound sourcing to attract talent
Conduct full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and placement
Maintain consistent communication with prospective clinicians
Collaborate with internal teams to meet staffing needs and support field operations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to quickly build rapport over the phone
High sense of urgency with strong organizational and multitasking ability
Driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working with diverse populations
MediClear Certification or equivalent HIPAA certification REQUIRED
Bachelor’s degree preferred; sales or recruiting experience a plus
Base salary plus quarterly performance bonuses
