We're currently hiring Junior Fundraising Associates —motivated, people-oriented individuals eager to make a difference while gaining valuable skills in marketing, public engagement, and nonprofit advocacy.
Represent nonprofit partners at live fundraising events and community outreach locations
Engage with the public, share campaign messages, and inspire new donors to take action
Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and contributions
Collaborate with your team to meet fundraising goals and maximize campaign impact
Assist with event setup, coordination , and daily operations
Attend training sessions and participate in field coaching to build skills
Serve as a passionate advocate for causes that matter
Strong communication and people skills
Passion for nonprofit work, community engagement, or social good
Comfortable initiating conversations and working in public settings
Friendly, professional, and enthusiastic team player
Open to learning with a growth mindset
Flexible availability—including weekends and some evenings
