Job Summary

The Test & Integration Analyst is responsible for validating the performance and interoperability of NS/EP priority services through rigorous test planning, execution, and reporting. The role supports compliance with DHS testing standards, including NSVT and HVAT.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans for WPS/GETS performance and carrier interoperability
• Conduct Handset Validation and Acceptance Testing (HVAT)
• Analyze and report on call quality metrics (MOS), call completion rates, and provisioning times
• Collaborate with Engineering and Project Management teams to align testing schedules
• Ensure testing meets Key Performance Parameters (KPPs)
• Maintain test artifacts, logs, and RTVMs for Government review

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Telecommunications, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in telecom or system testing environments
• Familiarity with GETS/WPS services or similar priority telecom networks
• Experience with NSVT, MOS analysis, and end-to-end call testing
• SECRET clearance (active)
• Proficiency in test automation tools and Excel-based data analysis preferred
