Primary Care Physician (PCP)
Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an opportunity in Milton, Florida.

Salary and Benefits
- Salary range: $210,000 to $250,000 depending on experience
- Loan repayment options available (National Health Scholar Program eligible)
- Quarterly productivity bonuses – approx. $3,600/year
- Negotiable sign-on bonus and relocation assistance

- CME: $2,500 annually + 5 days off

- Part-time positions eligible for student loan repayment (30 hrs/week minimum)
Responsibilities
- Outpatient setting, Monday–Friday (open to 4-day work week)
- Flexible schedule: 3–5 days/week (30+ hours/week for benefits)
- 18–20 patients per day on average, with daily 40-minute admin time
- 15–20 minutes per patient visit
- Diverse patient population (predominantly African American)
- Reports to Director of Family Practice and CMO for clinical concerns
- Uses eClinicalWorks (ECW) EMR
- Shared call rotation, rare after-hours needs (nurse line & answering service support)
Requirements
- Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (Required)
- Clear and active Florida medical license
