Job Title: Product Content Designer CAD & AI
Location:100% Remote, Canada
Experience Level: 5+ Years
Role Summary
We are hiring for this role where the selected candidate will work closely with product teams to design clear, engaging content and intuitive product experiences for software applications. This position focuses on improving customer understanding, adoption, and success, particularly across CAD and AI-driven features.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and provide feedback on the quality of AI-driven product experiences from a content design perspective, including clarity, formatting, tone, conciseness, and personalization
- Define and implement a structured methodology to evaluate the quality of AI-generated content responses
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality, easy-to-use software experiences
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of content standards to ensure consistent and connected product experiences
- Use insights from content reviews and customer feedback to inform ongoing improvements
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support a cohesive and effective end-to-end customer experience
Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience writing and structuring help, learning, or in-product content
- Proven background in designing easy-to-use and easy-to-learn software experiences
- Hands-on experience working with AI-powered software features
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse stakeholder groups
- Experience contributing to the design or delivery of software applications
- High level of ownership, self-motivation, and accountability
Nice-to-Have / Preferred Skills
- Experience working within the AEC industry
- Exposure to or hands-on experience with generative AI technologies
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Content, Design, Engineering, Software, Communication, or a related field
