We're looking for a compassionate and dynamic PTA who thrives in a collaborative setting and brings great energy to patient care. Whether you're helping a resident take their first steps post-recovery or guiding them through strengthening routines, your role is critical in their journey.

💪 What You'll Do:

Assist in delivering top-notch therapeutic treatments as outlined by the supervising Physical Therapist
Encourage and support residents in achieving their mobility and rehab goals
Monitor and report patient progress
Document therapy services per state and federal guidelines
Create a positive, uplifting experience for residents every step of the way

🎯 What We're Looking For:

Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of California
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for improving quality of life
Experience in SNF or geriatric rehab a plus!
