**Job Title: Farm Laborer** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Farm Laborer to join our team. This role involves working closely with livestock, maintaining farm facilities, and performing various farm-related tasks. The position requires someone who is comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and is skilled with hand tools. **Responsibilities** + Clean and maintain goat pens, including enclosures and waterers. + Herd and feed goats according to specified routines. + Perform fence repairs and other farm-related chores as directed by the Ranch Supervisor or lead. + Maneuver and restrain large goats safely. + Utilize farm and hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and pliers efficiently. + Collaborate effectively with the Ranch Supervisor, lead, and coworkers. **Essential Skills** + Experience working with livestock. + Proficiency in using hand tools. + Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. + Strong teamwork and communication skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School Diploma or GED required. + Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment. **Why Work Here?** Joining our team offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive farm environment. The role follows a Monday to Friday shift from 4:30am to 1pm. Proper attire for outdoor work is expected, and employees should be prepared to get dirty while performing tasks. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Winchester, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
