You'll get to come up with fun ways to work with the kids, making sessions fly by and rooted in the knowledge you are truly making a difference. We have opportunities for students in a Masters of ABA program to receive supervision.

On this team, your adaptability and flexibility will lend itself well to an environment full of variety and excitement, where the support of your Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and fellow team members will help guide you. Your true talent will come from your ability to engage with others, where your enthusiasm and open friendly communication style will make you a natural at pairing with clients and families.

These skills will lead you to be highly successful as an RBT with Cardinal, and someone others can look to as an example of how to impact the lives of the families we support.

  • Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors to ensure accurate tracking and reporting

  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment during therapy sessions and adhere to ethical guidelines and protocols

Qualifications:

  • Compassion, patience, and enthusiasm for working with children
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment
