Activate Behavioral Solutions is a BCBA-owned ABA therapy center in Frisco, TX, providing compassionate, high-quality, clinic-based care to children with autism.
We're growing and looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who want excellent supervision, a supportive team, and meaningful work with young learners.
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in a clinic setting
Implement behavior programs designed by a BCBA
Collect accurate skill acquisition and behavior data
Collaborate with supervisors and families
Create a positive, engaging learning environment for clients
RBT certification OR willingness to obtain
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Passion for working with children
Reliable, patient, and compassionate
Able to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
$18–$22/hour based on experience
Paid training and mentorship
Supportive BCBA supervision
Growth opportunities as the clinic expands
