Elite Day Center is excited to announce an opening for a Registered Nurse (RN) Administrator at our newest location in Charleston, SC! If you are a dedicated healthcare professional with leadership experience and a passion for serving adults with cognitive and physical disabilities, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Day Center, ensuring high-quality care and regulatory compliance.

Manage budgeting, staffing, and enrollment to maintain and grow center participation.

Facilitate effective communication among multidisciplinary staff to promote smooth workflows.

Conduct tours and outreach to potential members, families, and referral sources.

Supervise the admission process, ensuring all required documentation is collected and maintained.

Ensure ongoing regulatory compliance and maintain records in accordance with DHP/DHHS & DSS standards

Work towards monthly census growth goals to expand community impact.

What We’re Looking For:

Active RN License in good standing (Required)

Strong Leadership, Communication, And Customer Service Skills (Required)

Experience managing staff and overseeing budgets (Required)

Current CPR Certification (Required)

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (Required)

Experience with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and special needs adult care (Preferred)
