Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team in the
EST or CST zones . As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing business needs and developing solutions using Salesforce technology.
Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements
- Develop and document business requirements and functional specifications
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions
- Provide training and support to end-users
- Work closely with developers and other team members to ensure seamless integration
Requirements: - Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and its applications
- Experience in business analysis and requirements gathering
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid/on-site work model
