Job Description

School-Based Occupational Therapist (K-5) Location: Vernon Hills, IL Duration: 40 Weeks Schedule: 32 Hours/Week Pay Rate: $60/hour Start Date: ASAP Position Overview We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) to support students in grades K-5 across two elementary school buildings. One site serves Kindergarten only, while the other serves grades 1-5. The buildings are within walking distance of each other, allowing for easy transitions between locations. The OT will be responsible for conducting evaluations, developing individualized therapy plans, delivering direct services, and maintaining documentation in accordance with each student's plan of care.
