As a Security Officer – Response, your role will vary depending on the day and special event. Whether it’s customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision.
What’s In It For You - Site Location: Sacramento, CA
- Set schedule: 16- 36 hours per week
- Shift 1:
- Sunday - Monday, 5:30 pm - 6:30 am
- Tuesday - 7:00 pm - 4:00 am
- Wednesday - 10:00 pm - 7:00 am
- Shift 2:
- Tuesday - Wednesday, 9:00 pm - 6:00 am
- Competitive hourly wage of $18 / hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities For Response Security Officer - Monitor the premises to ensure security
- Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
- Control access points and verify identities
- Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
- Write detailed reports on events and incidents
- Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
Qualifications For Response Security Officer - Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 21 years old and be able to pass an extensive Motor Vehicle check
- One year of Mobile Patrol Security experience is required
- Fluent and detailed writing skills
- Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
- Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
- Responsive and strong problem solving skills
- If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
- You have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and an additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security trainings can be obtained during the hiring process)
