CereCore is seeking a motivated and skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team onsite in Nashville. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce implementations and enhancements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and optimize Salesforce usage
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories
- Work closely with Salesforce developers and administrators to ensure accurate solution delivery
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend best practices for Salesforce configuration and customization
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and coordinate defect resolution
- Prepare training materials and assist in end-user training sessions
- Maintain documentation for system processes, workflows, and configurations
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in CRM projects.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning (Preferred)
- Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional documentation.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or similar.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
