Position: Senior Superintendent - Denver

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to join our team to oversee commercial projects primarily focused on healthcare and or high education. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of superintendent experience, including significant commercial project experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage all on-site activities for complex, commercial construction projects.
* Ensure quality standards, schedules, and budgets are met while maintaining high levels of safety and productivity.
* Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to align project objectives and expectations.
* Act as a mentor, helping to promote and nurture internal talent.

Compensation & Benefits:

* Base Salary : $130,000 - $160,000, based on experience.
* Bonus : 30%
* Health Insurance : 100% premium coverage for the employee
* Vacation : Two weeks paid.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

* Proven experience as a commercial lead superintendent, specifically with commericail projects valued at $50M or higher.
* Ability to work within a collaborative, family-oriented company culture, with a strong desire to grow within the organization.
