Job Title: Server (Part-Time, Hourly).

Location: Thrive Senior Living.

Hours: Morning

Reports To: Dining Services Manager.

Job Summary:

Thrive Senior Living is seeking friendly and service-oriented Servers to join our dining team. This part-time, hourly position is perfect for individuals who enjoy providing exceptional hospitality while working in a warm and welcoming environment. As a Server , you will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding dining experience for our Independent Living residents .

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and courteous service to residents during mealtimes.
• Take meal orders accurately and deliver food and beverages efficiently.
• Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and well-maintained throughout service.
• Assist with meal preparation and plating as needed.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines .
• Communicate effectively with residents and kitchen staff to ensure dietary needs and preferences are met.
• Assist in clearing and cleaning tables, as well as resetting for the next meal service.
• Support a positive and team-oriented dining environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or senior living dining preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service skills with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with seniors .
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays or plates for extended periods.
• Must be available to work evenings from 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM , including weekends and holidays as needed.
