* Range above represents difficulty of care payments paid to a caregiver for providing personal care services to a eligible person residing either in the caregiver’s home or in the person’s own home. Stipend rates are contingent upon assessed needs of the person and subject to state approval. Stipend levels 18through 21 are available only by special application to the purchasing governmental unit. Nonotuck Resource Associates is looking for compassionate, community-minded individuals or families to open their hearts and homes to a wonderful man in his 50s who loves good conversation, great humor, and simple pleasures like shopping at Trader Joe’s and visiting local restaurants (especially Dunkin’ Donuts!).
As a Shared Living Provider , you’ll do more than provide care—you’ll build a meaningful, long-term relationship. You’ll share your home and your life, offering companionship, support, and the chance to help someone maintain their independence while enjoying daily routines and community activities.

We welcome single people, couples, and families —with or without children or pets. You’ll need an extra bedroom, reliable transportation, and to pass standard background checks. CPR/First Aid certification is required (training available).
