We seek a seasoned SEO Analyst to join our ROI-Focused Digital Marketing Agency. Working alongside the SEO team, you will identify high-impact areas in our evolving organic process where you will spearhead and drive operational improvements.

This is a full-time in-house position at our office in Boise, Idaho.

Responsibilities

● Provide SEO analysis and technical optimization recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages.

● Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals – general and keyword-specific.

● Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channel.

● Deliver SEO content marketing recommendations based on client's keywords and end goal.

● Review and contribute to link-building strategies with the client and cross-functional teams.

● Supplement Build out link-building strategy in coordination with clients' SEO goals

● Audit client backlink profiles and deliver results to clients.

● Administer search engine programs (XML sitemaps, shopping feeds, webmaster and site auditing tools) for purposes of diagnostic reporting on client projects

● Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media, and internet marketing industry trends and developments

● Support Client Services Team on web analytics dashboards and point out critical areas for opportunities.

● Communicate to team and management on project development, timeliness, and results

● Work with team members to meet client goals

Requirements

● BS/BA degree or equivalent experience

● Passion for SEO and internet marketing

● Outstanding ability to think creatively and identify and resolve problems

● Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere

● Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points

● High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation

● Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, and time management skills

Skills

● 3+ years of experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

● Must have experience in On-Page SEO Optimization

● Must have experience in technical SEO items

● Experience with website analytics tools; Google Analytics, Google Search Console required.

● Strong knowledge of link building best practices

● Agency experience is a plus

● Experience working with popular keyword tools (Google, WordTracker, Keyword Planner, SEMRush, SpyFu, Moz, etc.)

● Experience working within Shopify, WordPress, and/or Magento

● Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

● Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other website administration
