**Responsibilities** **Position Summary:** + Provides tactical leadership in order to maximize the effectiveness of all service delivery systems and financial performance, engages staff and cultivates a clinic culture that prioritizes humankindness and patient-centric care. + Coordinates the day-to-day operational aspects of the clinic. + Works closely with staff and providers in each unit to ensure that all fiduciary and clinic goals are met. **Qualifications** **Minimum:** + Minimum of three (3) years experience in related field + Minimum of two (2) years supervisory experience + High School Diploma or GED equivalent + Working knowledge of community clinic/health center operations **Overview** About Sequoia Hospital - Hello Humankindness Dignity Health Sequoia Hospital is an accredited, not-for-profit community hospital providing innovative and exceptional health care for generations of Bay Area residents.
