- Contract Duration: 6-months
- Worksite Location: St. Paul, MN
- Compensation: $35.00-45.00 per hour
What you'll do as the Talent Acquisition Specialist: - Support the campus recruiting team across a range of activities, including event coordination, candidate interviewing, sourcing, and scheduling
- Collaborate with hiring leaders to debrief candidates, extend offers, and update applicant tracking systems
- Assist with fall recruiting efforts and prepare for on-campus and virtual events
- Source qualified candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed
- Maintain accurate records in Workday and support all phases of the recruitment process from initial outreach to final offer
What you'll bring to the Talent Acquisition Specialist role: - 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, including interviewing, sourcing, and offer management
- Proficiency with Workday and Microsoft Office
- Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Experience with campus or college recruiting is a plus
- Familiarity with tools like Handshake and Phenom is preferred
