**Technical Fashion Designer – $12 - $15 per hour based on experience**

**What You'll Do:**
• Develop technical flats, spec packs, and measurement charts for apparel (and optionally footwear).
• Work closely with the design team to translate concepts into production-ready garments.
• Review and troubleshoot samples and patterns to ensure fit, quality, and consistency.
• Liaise with factories and suppliers to communicate tech packs, resolve production issues, and travel to China for two months with the design team to visit partner factories in person.
• Maintain the technical file archive, fabric and trim library, and fit documentation.
• Provide technical support during quality checks and pre-production reviews.
**Who You Are:**
• At least 3–5 years of experience in technical design, ideally in apparel (or footwear).
• Must be highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator; Photoshop skills are also needed and will be an advantage.
• Deep understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to clearly articulate technical requirements.
• Organized and detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
• Passionate about Joyfolie’s aesthetic: delicate finishes, texture, and feminine details.
