Job Description: The Warehouse Manager will oversee all warehouse activities, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role involves managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and leading a team to maintain high standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
* Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures.
* Maintain optimal inventory levels and conduct regular audits.
* Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve performance goals.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse.
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
* Utilize warehouse management systems to monitor and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar logistics role.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficient in warehouse management software and MS Office Suite.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
