The Staff Pad is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations for a top-tier moving company in Sterling, VA. What You’ll Do
Oversee daily operations for residential warehouse crews, ensuring productivity, safety, and quality standards.
Assign tasks, set schedules, and monitor progress to ensure on-time completion.
Develop and train team members in real time to meet performance goals.
Communicate with clients, suppliers, and transportation partners.
Plan facility and racking layouts for optimal workflow.
Maintain equipment and enforce health, safety, and security protocols.
What We’re Looking For
~2+ years of warehouse management experience (required).
~ Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures and best practices.
~ Excellent multitasking, organization, and time management skills.
~ Proficient with computers and comfortable using warehouse management tools.
~ Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
~ Strong communication and leadership abilities.
~ Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
Pay & Benefits
~$50,000 – $70,000 annually
