$58,000 – $70,000 annually, depending on relevant experience

The Trial Assistant’s duties include assisting the trial attorneys by preparing correspondence, legal documents, assembling legal authority exhibits and trial notebooks, litigation scheduling, and assists in directing questions from complainants and the inquiring public. Maintain calendars, schedules telephone conferences and meetings for trial attorneys with respondents, complainants and witnesses. Maintain case information, including notes and documents in the office database, and manage tickle system for trial cases.
