Position Summary

We are seeking a driven, and curious   Associate Recruiter to join our high-performing team. In this entry-level role, you’ll be the engine behind our candidate pipeline—researching, identifying, and screening potential talent to support our recruiters. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the full recruiting lifecycle, build your sourcing and screening skills, and grow into a full-cycle recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other tools
  
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate qualifications and fit
  
• Pass qualified candidates along to senior recruiters for client consideration
  
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in our ATS
  
• Stay up to date on industry trends, market activity, and competitive talent pools
  
• Contribute to team meetings, brainstorms, and campaign strategies
  
• Support recruiters in scheduling interviews, collecting documents, and coordinating candidate communication
